Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance for IT systems and applications. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving fundamental hardware, software, and network problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver initial technical support and problem resolution related to IT infrastructure and applications.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve common issues involving hardware, software, and network components.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Graduates from the years 2021 to 2026 possessing strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Male candidates only; female applicants are not eligible.
- Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory.
