Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant with over 4 years of practical expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of configuring and managing Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Kronos Workforce Management systems with a focus on modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
- Set up and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals ensuring smooth operation.
- Utilize Dell Boomi integration platform for connecting Kronos with other systems.
- Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Kronos systems and their integrations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant specializing in UKG Pro Workforce Management.
- Familiarity with configuring various Kronos modules including Timekeeping and Scheduling is highly desirable.
- Certification in UKG and practical experience with Dell Boomi integration platform.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities related to Kronos and associated equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering, preferably in Production or Industrial Engineering.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production and Industrial Engineering.
