Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Follow instructions from department managers to oversee food monitoring and ensure a constant supply of clean kitchenware and utensils.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness standards across kitchen areas at all times.
• Collaborate with chefs to uphold HACCP food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is essential.
• Flexible regarding working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team member.
