Kitchen Helper

Overview

Dairy Queen is looking for a kitchen helper to support daily food preparation and kitchen cleanup tasks at its Didsbury, Alberta location. This position is based entirely on site; the work must be performed in person and cannot be done remotely.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Previous experience is not required, though having some experience is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare take-out orders for packaging.
• Divide food into portions and wrap items as needed.
• Heat, finish, and assemble simple menu items.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen spaces, including counters, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, unpack supplies, and place them in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and general waste.
