Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Key Holder / Sales Assistant for our Sylt store, available for full-time or part-time (20 to 40 hours per week) employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing procedures responsibly.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences for GUESS customers.
• Provide active support on the sales floor and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
• Implement diverse sales promotion measures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Handle efficient management of cash register, stock, and sales floor organization.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder or in a similar role.
• Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service.
• Passion for fashion and emerging trends.

Compensation

The starting salary for full-time employees is €2410 gross per month. A higher salary level may be considered based on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
