Overview

Axis Communications invites applications for the position of Key Account Manager specializing in End Customer sales. This role is based remotely in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on fostering sales growth among selected large end customer companies. The incumbent will devise and execute strategic business plans tailored for existing and emerging large-scale clients.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for designated end customers and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  • Continuously assess annually defined sales goals and secure project closures within the assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Post-sales Support teams to deliver holistic customer relationship management.
  • Strategically manage and deepen relationships across product and solution portfolios while expanding geographical coverage.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and ecosystem partners to coordinate company-wide activities.
  • Represent Axis at industry associations, tradeshows, market events, and conferences to raise brand visibility and discover new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update major account information using the Salesforce platform.
  • Undertake domestic travel within Saudi Arabia and occasional international travel as required.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • Have over 10 years of experience in sales roles dealing with national or key accounts dealing with large end customers in the region.
  • Experience in indirect B2B sales environments is essential.
  • Strong familiarity with the oil and gas sector is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing complex sales within fast-paced markets.
  • Proven capabilities in account management and building effective teams.
  • Ability to establish strategic and trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal, listening, written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Insight into the physical or cyber security markets is beneficial.
