Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Talent Recruiter to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position is responsible for attracting and hiring skilled professionals by managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates via diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Create and post job listings to advertise openings effectively.
- Maintain and analyze candidate databases while monitoring recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
- Scout for talent on popular hiring platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Stay informed about recruitment industry trends and best practices.
- Effectively use ATS tools to organize hiring processes and candidate information.
Qualifications and Skills
- Passion for learning about people and efficiently moving them through recruitment pipelines.
- Professional demeanor when representing Spiralyze to potential hires, cultivating their interest in our opportunities.
- Ability to quickly grasp company services and diverse role functions to communicate clearly with candidates.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing resumes and interacting with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple candidates and their application statuses.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in English language.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Preferred: Familiarity with hiring UI/UX designers and understanding of design roles and portfolios is advantageous.
- Entry-level candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply, including recent graduates with interest in human resources.
Employment Details and Benefits
- This is a full-time, permanent remote role based in the Philippines.
- Working hours are within a flexible 8-hour schedule between 3:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST; hours can be divided into multiple segments within this timeframe.
- Monthly compensation ranges from $800 to $1,200 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications.
