Role Summary

We are seeking entry-level candidates aiming to grow into game design or project management roles, using QA as a deliberate stepping stone. Within our ecosystem, QA serves as a foundation to develop profound product insight. Testing gameplay mechanics and analyzing features help nurture expert gameplay architects. We desire individuals passionate about understanding mechanics deeply, player behavior, and viewing bugs as opportunities to improve the entire product. Over time, you will take on more responsibility influencing features, decisions, and project development.

Responsibilities

Analyze game mechanics and user experience to formulate improvement suggestions;
Engage actively in team discussions regarding features and changes;
Conduct manual testing of new game features across iOS, Android, MacOS, and UWP platforms;
Perform regression testing on projects;
Log defects into bug trackers promptly with detailed descriptions of causes and impact on the product.

Requirements

A strong ambition to progress into game design, production, or management roles;
Experience playing mobile games and genuine enthusiasm for game development;
A proactive mindset not only identifying issues but also proposing solutions;
At least six months of professional manual testing experience;
Higher education degree;
Solid understanding of testing theory.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of game design and analytics;
Experience with AI tools;
Interest in analytics and product metrics.
