Role Overview
As a Junior Project Manager within WPP Media's Strategy team, particularly focused on the Goat influencer solution, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating projects and managing resources efficiently. Goat is a globally recognized influencer platform that designs impactful campaigns across over 70 countries, driving brand awareness and engagement through social and creator-led content.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of strategy team members ensuring optimal resource utilization for various projects.
- Manage the flow of new business briefs and assign personnel accordingly to meet timelines and objectives.
- Maintain and update project management tools, including Monday.com boards, keeping task statuses and schedules accurate.
- Organize meetings around proposals and ongoing projects to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes through administrative assistance and follow-ups.
- Regularly update leadership on resource capacity and project progress.
- Develop and maintain resource mapping while suggesting improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, Campaign, and Paid Media teams to facilitate smooth new business pipelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in roles related to project or resource management, operational coordination, or similar functions.
- Exceptional organizational abilities paired with strong time management to handle multiple simultaneous priorities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and confidence in utilizing project tracking software such as Monday.com.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take clear notes and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple teams to maintain schedule adherence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with HubSpot is an added advantage.
- Driven by a proactive, solution-oriented approach and keen interest in process optimization.
- An understanding of agency workflows and new business procedures is beneficial.
