Role Summary

This position alleviates the founder’s workload by managing product operations day-to-day, translating complex and fragmented inputs into actionable, buildable product plans and prototypes, and facilitating seamless collaboration among design, engineering, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily product workflows, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, QA, and leadership priorities.
• Convert incomplete or scattered ideas, client demands, and internal notes into clear product briefs, precise specifications, and defined action items.
• Create prototypes using advanced AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code) to validate concepts efficiently before development.
• Analyze API documentation, authentication flows, and system integrations to clarify technical requirements and reduce ambiguity.
• Serve as the bridge between product and engineering teams to resolve vague or impractical requirements promptly.
• Utilize AI extensively as a core element in writing, analysis, research, and problem-solving to expedite product development cycles.
• Innovatively navigate underdeveloped product scenarios to identify feasible and efficient solutions without unnecessary complexity.
• Ensure that decisions and discussions lead to tangible outcomes, maintaining follow-through rigorously.

Candidate Requirements

• Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AI technology workflows such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical and non-technical concepts.
• Sufficient technical proficiency to interpret API documentation, JSON data, authentication processes, and construct basic integrations.
