In this position, you will contribute to the upkeep of network and system infrastructure while learning in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the installation of hardware and the setup of network equipment.
- Help diagnose and resolve connectivity problems and other system-related issues.
- Keep IT asset records and configuration details organised and up to date.
- Step in to assist the helpdesk team whenever backup support is needed.
Requirements
