Junior IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with experience in Agile delivery to join a growing software consultancy specializing in product development, Microsoft technologies, and bespoke software solutions. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both project management and Scrum Master duties. You will guide teams through the Discovery Phase and manage projects throughout the entire Agile delivery lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Capability to lead early-phase project activities including discovery.
• Hands-on experience facilitating full Agile delivery processes.
• Possession of formal Agile training or certification such as AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner or Scrum Master Certification.
• Warm, energetic, and collaborative demeanor focused on empowering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product owners, and analysts.
• Familiarity with additional delivery methodologies like Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.

Additional Information

• The role requires the candidate to have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for Security Clearance at SC level.
• Salary range for this position is between £45,000 and £55,000.
