About SJA Legal
SJA Legal is a law firm engaged in practice before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Consumer Commissions, Co-operative Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. The firm seeks dedicated and motivated Junior Advocates eager to develop a lasting litigation career.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council; candidates who have completed the AIBE and meet practice eligibility may also apply.
- Between 0 to 3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong skills in drafting, legal research, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and fundamental legal research tools.
- Ability to work autonomously while upholding professional ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court appearances before courts and tribunals.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, notices, agreements, affidavits, and opinions.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analyze case laws.
- Participate in client meetings and manage case progress.
- Handle filing, registry procedures, and liaise with court personnel.
Compensation and Location
Monthly salary ranges between 8,000 and 15,000 INR, varying with experience, expertise, and performance. The office is located at Pushp Enclave, 2nd Floor, opposite Kandivali Railway Station, near BEST Bus Depot, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400067.
