About the Role

Dream Home Plasto Ware Ind. seeks a Junior Accountant proficient in BUSY Accounting Software with fundamental understanding of accounting procedures. The role involves managing accounting entries, supporting sales and purchase operations, and maintaining precise financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions using BUSY Software.
• Manage documentation including sales and purchase invoices and bills.
• Collaborate with Sales and Purchase departments to streamline orders, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Maintain and update records of purchases and sales punctually.
• Verify vouchers and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Keep consistent records of transactions involving customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve billing queries.
• Generate essential reports and financial statements as needed.
• Support senior accounting staff with routine daily activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software is essential.
• Basic understanding of accounting.
• Ability to coordinate sales and purchase functions.
• Experience handling invoices and billing procedures.
• Proficient communication abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and general computer skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have between 6 months and 2 years of relevant work experience. Graduates or those with a Bachelor of Commerce degree are preferred. Experience within manufacturing or trading sectors is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
