Role Overview
The Joinery Subcontractor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing external joinery subcontractors, ensuring that their work is completed in a timely manner and adheres strictly to project timelines. The position also demands strict compliance with quality benchmarks and project specifications.
Key Duties
- Manage and support subcontracted joinery work within the Planning department.
- Collaborate extensively with subcontractors, internal teams, and project stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution of joinery-related tasks.
- Track production progress, assist with planning and scheduling activities, and facilitate effective communication channels to meet project objectives.
