Job Details

• Full-time morning schedule
• Workdays: Monday through Friday
• Shift timings: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Hourly wage: $14
• Weekly paycheck distribution

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks on various floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Adhere to safety procedures when using chemical cleaners and powered equipment to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness and monitor areas such as restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Dispose of trash properly, utilizing compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate tools and products
• Conduct spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper and sanitary supplies as needed
• Follow established housekeeping schedules diligently
• Operate heavy cleaning machinery like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers occasionally
• Carry out additional duties according to task requirements or client needs

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months’ experience in janitorial roles
• Willingness to learn on the job as training is provided
• Detail-oriented with the capability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work
• Knowledge of custodial methods and commercial cleaning protocols
• Understanding of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility upkeep
