ISDA Negotiator

Role Overview and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced ISDA Negotiator to join our team supporting global clientele within banking and financial services. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience involving derivatives documentation and negotiations. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA Master agreements is highly desirable. Prior in-house financial services experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures related to ISDA negotiation and execution, complemented by strong academic credentials as well as analytical and investigative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate a variety of relevant legal documents including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, among others.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising throughout the negotiation process.
• Effectively collaborate within a team to manage a portfolio of ongoing cases.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and relationship managers.
• Create a collaborative and inclusive environment mindful of diverse team members’ experience and backgrounds.
