Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Inventory Executives to strengthen our expanding e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in managing inventories, operating within Amazon Seller Central and FBA environments, coordinating supply chains, and performing detailed inventory analyses. Strong analytical capabilities and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory levels within warehouses and Amazon FBA centers.
• Identify and address risks related to stockouts, overstock, excess inventory, and aged stock.
• Monitor inbound shipments, purchase orders, and warehouse inventory movements.
• Analyze sales velocity to forecast and plan inventory replenishment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory reports, dashboards, and tracking systems.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation activities ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with sourcing teams, suppliers, logistics, warehouse personnel, and Amazon operations.
• Evaluate inventory health and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support inventory planning leveraging historical sales data and demand forecasts.
• Ensure inventory availability aligns with operational needs while minimizing surplus stock.

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience in inventory management and Amazon Seller Central/FBA operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating inventory reports and maintaining trackers.
• Understanding of inventory coverage, replenishment methods, and sales trend analysis.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with tracking inbound shipments and interpreting inventory health metrics.
• Background working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
