About the Role
Join AM Infoweb as an International Voice Process Executive, serving as a communication link between insurance companies, law firms, and healthcare providers like hospitals and clinics. Your core task will be to efficiently follow up and ensure timely receipt of medical reports for discharged patients, adhering strictly to client deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants can be undergraduates but must possess at least one year of prior experience in international voice processes.
- A gap in employment of no more than three months will be accepted.
- Working from home arrangements are not favored; attendance onsite is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive fixed salary ranging from INR 300,000 to 550,000 annually.
- Attractive monthly incentives up to INR 7,000 in addition to base pay.
- Shift timings are fixed to US hours, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Eligible for paid overtime work.
