International Voice Process Executive

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated International Voice Process Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound communications with international customers to address their queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from global clientele.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction by adhering to service quality standards.
• Log and update customer interactions accurately within CRM systems.
• Meet defined productivity, quality benchmarks, and service level agreements.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate effectively within rotational or night shift schedules applicable to international operations.

Eligibility and Skills

• Open to any graduate or undergraduate individuals.
• Freshers as well as candidates with experience are welcome.
• Excellent spoken English communication capabilities.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and typing.
• Adaptability to rotational and night shift work hours.
• Customer-oriented mindset with interpersonal skills.
• Experience in BPO or international voice environments is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Shift Pattern: US/International rotational shifts.
• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Week Offs: Two rotational weekly offs.
