About the Role

Innov Ultra Business Services is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Customer Service Executives for our international voice process operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer support, with immediate joining available.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming international voice calls and provide outstanding service to customers.
• Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain clear and professional communication in English at all times.
• Assist in customer retention and effectively address client concerns.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the required systems.

Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken English is mandatory.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as undergraduates.
• Ability to work night shifts (complete night shift schedule).
• Immediate availability and readiness to join the team preferred.
• Reside within 20 kilometers of Kovilambakkam, Chennai, to access company transportation.

Compensation Details

• Starting salary for freshers: ₹315,000 per year.
• Salary for candidates with prior experience: up to ₹425,000 per year.
