Job Overview
We invite qualified candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the position of International Chat Customer Support Executive. This role involves working from the office during night shifts to handle international client interactions primarily through chat, with some phone and email communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints from international clients via chat, phone, and email.
- Deliver clear and empathetic communications respecting diverse time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Provide reliable details about products, services, and company policies.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively to assist clients.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard completion.
- Strong English communication skills essential for both voice and chat.
- Ability to adapt to varying customer needs and high multitasking capability.
- Basic computer proficiency including handling communication tools and CRM software.
Compensation and Work Details
- Salary up to Rs. 4,50,000 per annum.
- Shift timing is night shift, working from office.
- Walk-in interview scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Prestige Tech Platina, Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru.
