Overview
We are seeking an Intake Supervisor to lead a team managing the patient admission process, ensuring prompt and accurate operations that enhance patient experience. This full-time remote role operates Monday through Friday on Eastern Time and offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Intake Representatives and Leads
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and professional growth of employees
- Ensure daily workflow aligns with timely patient admissions and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales and clinical departments to expedite care initiation
- Manage escalated patient concerns and complex intake scenarios
- Examine performance data to identify areas for enhancement
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, internal policies, and regulatory standards
- Champion quality assurance and drive process improvements
- Work across various departments to resolve challenges and enhance patient satisfaction

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED mandatory; bachelor's degree is advantageous

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
