About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur and contribute to the growth of our FASTag sales network. This position focuses on recruiting and managing Field Sales Agents rather than direct customer sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential Field Sales Agents to introduce opportunities.
- Communicate the benefits of commission-based earnings clearly to candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new Field Sales Agents.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure engagement.
- Expand and strengthen the network of Field Sales Agents continuously.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants aged between 21 and 28 years.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telecalling or inside sales.
Compensation and Work Details
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹13,000, plus performance incentives.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Work location is at our office in Gokulpura, Kalwar Road, Jaipur.
