Role Overview

We seek an IT Support Specialist specializing in Website and Digital Experience to join our team and work remotely. This position goes beyond traditional IT support by collaborating closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to create engaging, mobile-responsive landing pages that drive inquiries and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developer, content, and marketing teams to design and optimize digital content.
• Transform high-quality content into mobile-friendly landing pages that effectively convert visitors.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
• Proven skills in web development, user experience (UX) design, and landing page optimization.
• Experience with WordPress, specifically Divi theme highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and DataStudio.
• Competency in Make.com and Tidio platforms.
• Basic proficiency in HTML coding.
• Strong command of English, particularly written communication.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be a Filipino citizen residing in Manila or the National Capital Region.
• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining permanent remote work from home.
• Excellent IT knowledge combined with a strong understanding of user experience principles.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered for this role is Php 100,000.
