Role Summary
Our Store Brokers act as trusted local experts helping Australians confidently find, buy, and own homes. Given that over 80% of home loans are brokered, the demand for mortgage brokers is rising rapidly. Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients, online leads, and scheduled in-store consultations involving high-intent buyers.
- engage in community marketing initiatives to promote local store business growth.
- Support customers throughout the full home loan process from initial search through settlement and beyond.
- Submit loan applications to our internal processing team, minimizing administrative duties to prioritize customer interactions.
- Utilize additional services such as referrals for buyer’s agents and conveyancing to enhance revenue streams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it before starting (with organizational support provided).
- Experience in sales or customer service environments.
- Motivation and persistence in contributing to the success of the retail store.
- A genuine commitment to helping customers achieve their homeownership goals.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
