Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing services to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. The role involves close monitoring of patient health, administering medical treatments, and collaborating with doctors during emergencies and critical care scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients admitted to the ICU.
- Continuously observe and report patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately.
- Assist physicians promptly during emergency procedures and critical care interventions.
- Adapt to demanding work conditions and rotational shift schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience working in an ICU or critical care environment.
- Thorough understanding of ICU protocols and patient monitoring techniques.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under stressful situations and shift work.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with medical teams and patients' families.
- Educational qualification includes a Diploma (GNM) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
- Must hold current registration with the Nursing Council.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 INR.
