Derby Food Club is seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals for the positions of Ice Cream Head Chef and Counter Staff at our Sundaes Parlour & Cafe located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Ice Cream Head Chef Responsibilities

• Innovate and design unique, premium ice cream sundaes reflecting current trends.
• Demonstrate expertise in crafting items such as Gadbuds, Falooda, Fruit Salad, and classic sundaes.
• Prepare a variety of beverages including milkshakes, thickshakes, and mocktails.
• Train junior staff and ensure strict adherence to recipe standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Ability to prepare premium snacks including sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas is an advantage.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently and oversee smooth kitchen operations.

Counter Staff Responsibilities

• Accurately scoop ice cream portions according to standard operating procedures.
• Pack and parcel orders professionally.
• Manage billing operations and handle the front counter effectively.
• Greet customers warmly, delivering excellent hospitality.
• Assemble basic sundaes and apply toppings as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards at the counter area.
• Exhibit patience, kindness, and strong communication skills when interacting with customers.

Compensation
