Role Summary
We are seeking Hygiene Operatives to join our bakery teams responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards on our production sites. This key position involves cleaning factory areas and production machinery to prepare for the next production cycle, playing a crucial part in delivering safe, high-quality baked goods daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of production lines, machinery, and factory environments.
- Operate cleaning tools and chemicals responsibly with full training provided.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and carry out necessary inspections.
- Identify and report any operational or hygiene concerns promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high site standards.
Candidate Attributes
- Prior experience in cleaning, hygiene, warehousing, or factory settings advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of following instructions and maintaining safety standards.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
