Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Dubai involves supporting and managing daily HR tasks. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, assisting with recruitment efforts, organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining comprehensive personnel records. The position requires managing employee benefits aligned with company procedures and local labor laws. Additional duties encompass responding to HR queries, aiding supervisors with performance and personnel issues, and contributing to HR programs that encourage employee engagement and compliance. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals while promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid knowledge and experience in human resource management, capable of supporting routine HR tasks as well as strategic initiatives.
- Understanding and application of HR policies and local labor regulations with consistency and clarity.
- Experience managing employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and communications.
- Competence in personnel management, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and handling confidential data with discretion.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Previous HR experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office software; knowledge of HR metrics and reporting is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, multitask efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
