Role Overview

GVCO is seeking a full-time Human Resources Officer to operate on-site at their Jeddah Third Industrial City location. The HR Officer will facilitate daily HR operations, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment activities, oversee onboarding, track attendance, foster employee relations, manage performance review processes, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the preparation of HR reports, updating policies and job descriptions, maintaining HR files, and supporting initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and workplace efficiency.
