Human Resources Manager (Remote)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our client’s team on a part-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. This position involves managing workforce needs by addressing employee questions, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Key Duties

• Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to benefits, company policies, and procedures.
• Keep accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and other documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new hires and departing staff members.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues and recommend improvements to HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and employment laws is essential.
• Experience working with HR information systems or databases is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management are required.
• Ability to manage confidential employee data discretely and professionally.
• Previous experience in a comparable HR support position is required.
