Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions at the Dammam branch, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and efficient management of personnel. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional from a manufacturing background, capable of handling workforce planning and employee relations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the HR department at the Dammam location.
- Ensure complete compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding processes, performance evaluation, and employee growth initiatives.
- Manage governmental processes including GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, WPS, among others.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict mediation.
- Design and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Support programs for Saudization and national workforce localization.
- Coordinate payroll and maintain HR-related documentation accurately.
- Promote a positive workplace environment conducive to productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR, including a minimum of 5 years within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated capability of leading an HR team effectively.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law and proficiency with government HR portals.
- Strong command of English communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-resolution abilities.
- Adept at handling dynamic, multi-cultural work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
