Overview
This role entails formulating and carrying out human resource strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives. The position requires overseeing recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates, managing employee affairs including payroll, leave, and performance evaluations, and developing training and professional growth programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with company goals.
- Supervise recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate selection to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee affairs such as payroll, leave administration, and performance appraisals.
- Design and coordinate professional training and capacity-building initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law and relevant regulations.
- Handle labor relations, address grievances, and resolve workplace disputes.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior management.
- Prepare regular HR reports and performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and procedures related to the Ministry of Labor, residency, and employee affairs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in HR electronic systems and administrative reporting.
