Role Overview
As an HR Manager reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies that foster organizational growth and efficiency. You will lead comprehensive HR functions, from organizational development to talent management, supporting operational excellence across the company’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth delivery of services throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to provide insightful HR guidance aligned with workforce planning and business objectives.
- Lead organizational growth initiatives including restructuring, job design, succession planning, competency frameworks, and career pathway development.
- Design and implement robust performance and talent management systems as well as learning and employee engagement programs.
- Oversee HR policies, procedures, and governance to enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant employment regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Support the execution of the company’s overall HR strategy and annual workforce plans.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for organizational improvements.
- Coach and develop HR staff to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing department.
- Handle employee relations, advising managers and escalating complex issues responsibly.
- Work alongside Talent Acquisition to optimize recruitment, onboarding, retention, and internal mobility.
- Drive the automation and standardization of HR processes to boost operational performance.
- Liaise with Finance, Legal, IT, and government entities on regulatory compliance, work permits, visas, and localization efforts.
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports and dashboards to highlight risks and support strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of seven years’ experience specializing in performance management, organizational development, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to design performance evaluation systems, competency models, and career frameworks.
- Proven skill in influencing senior leadership and leading organizational change.
- Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities in English.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage various priorities effectively.
- Professional certifications like Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI) are highly regarded.
- Additional qualifications in Organizational Development or Talent Management such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
- Experience working within tech, digital, or service-oriented companies is considered a plus.
