About the Role

We are partnering with a Canadian engineering and telecommunications company seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their expanding team. This position offers a diverse, hands-on HR opportunity to support employees and managers with employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will provide practical guidance on workplace issues while helping to enhance HR policies, programs, and processes.
