Role overview
This is a junior HR opportunity with a respected corporate employer in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The position is aimed at a recent graduate or someone with at least 6 months of relevant HR experience, or a strong internship/placement background in Human Resources.
What the role involves
You will join a collaborative team and receive guidance and mentoring as you build practical experience in a professional corporate setting. The position is designed to help you develop your HR capability and gain exposure to corporate best practice.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant will hold a degree or relevant study in Human Resources or Business. You should bring strong administrative ability, a high level of accuracy, good planning skills, and the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally.
Additional information
This role is expected to be office-based at the start. A hybrid working arrangement may be introduced later. The employer is looking for someone who is available to interview and start immediately, subject to any pre-booked holidays.
