Overview
Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and accountable Hub Assistant to oversee and streamline daily parcel sorting activities while supporting team leadership functions within the hub. This role blends hands-on logistics management with leadership opportunities, suitable for candidates eager to contribute actively to hub operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, scanning, and sorting of packages according to pin codes and delivery routes.
- Maintain accuracy in tagging, packaging, and positioning of shipments within the hub.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of transportation vehicles and arrange parcels efficiently for subsequent delivery runs.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures to maintain seamless operational flow.
