HR Supervisor / Merchandiser / Product Developer / Account Executive / Production Engineering Manager

Overview

Multiple open positions at Noatex Myanmar within Starry Group for roles including HR Supervisor, Merchandiser/Product Developer/Account Executive, and Production Engineering Manager. Locations vary including Guangxi, Nanning and Shenzhen, Guangdong in China. These are full-time onsite positions.

HR Supervisor Role

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the Guangxi plant.
• Direct reporting to General Manager; dotted line report to Head of Group HR.
• Handle talent recruitment via existing and new channels for all levels from general staff to management.
• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with Group L&D for training plans.
• Manage payroll ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Plan and organize company events to strengthen employee relations.
• Lead implementation of group HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide analysis and alerts for necessary actions.
• Monitor external competitive employment trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage both internal and external audits.
• Address labor disputes and dismissal issues appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.

HR Supervisor Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience in MNC or labor-intensive industries; at least 2 years in management role.
• Strong knowledge of human resources functions including staffing, performance management, employee relations, professional development, and compensation/benefits.
• Proficient written English required; strong spoken English preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and engage others.
• Strong understanding of Labor Law.

Merchandiser / Product Developer / Account Executive Role

• Manage bag projects from initial design brief through to production completion.
• Maintain direct communication with customers throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely among internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Control project costs, including materials and labor.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from development to production.
• Provide weekly progress reports.

Merchandiser / Product Developer / Account Executive Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in bags manufacturing.
• Commercially minded and business-oriented.

Production Engineering Manager Role

• Supervise a team of three engineers supporting production departments.
• Implement cutting-edge manufacturing systems and advanced technology for industrial cut and sew production.
• Resolve production technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain production machinery and design production tools and fixtures.
• Introduce new automated processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate actively in NPI and lead new products from development through production stages.
• Work independently with a focus on continuous production improvement.

Production Engineering Manager Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent education.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Capability to design fixtures and tools using 3D CAD software.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience including 3 years in cut & sew factories and 3 years in supervisory roles.
