HARDEV ENTERPRISES is a dynamic Ayurvedic wellness and healthcare company currently expanding its HR team. They are seeking dedicated HR Executives to work remotely, responsible for sourcing and managing Sales Executive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate applications sourced through job portals.
• Provide shortlisted applicants with introductory training videos.
• Conduct preliminary interview rounds and screening procedures.
• Assign cold calling assignments via tracking sheets and collect call recordings for review.
• Assess candidates' communication skills, confidence, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure final hiring decisions.
• Forward only qualified candidates for recruitment.
• Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the team.
• Follow end-to-end recruitment workflows as defined by the company guidelines.

Recruitment Process

• Applicants apply through a specified job platform.
• HR shares training materials for candidate preparation.
• Initial interviews and screening take place.
• Candidates perform cold calling tasks and submit recordings.
• Evaluation is conducted based on call performance and sales presentation.
• Final selection is made in coordination with Team Leaders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Training period salary: 12,000 INR for the first month.
• Leaves granted: 4 per month.
• Post-training salary range: 15,000 to 25,000 INR based on performance and efficiency.

Working Hours

• Work schedule is 8 to 10 hours daily from home.
• Includes a 45-minute lunch break.
• Flexibility may be needed for working during non-standard hours.
• This role is strictly full-time and not a part-time position.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Hindi communication, with basic English understanding.
• Fundamental knowledge of recruitment and sales processes.
• Able to evaluate sales pitches and candidate suitability effectively.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, and strongly performance-oriented.
