Naukariwaala Consultants is seeking a dynamic and goal-driven HR Recruiter to become a vital member of their recruitment team based in Patna, Bihar. This full-time position demands an individual with at least two years of experience in recruitment to handle comprehensive hiring processes across various industries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensively understand the hiring needs and candidate qualifications as required by clients.
• Source potential candidates using platforms such as job portals, social media, in-house databases, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidate profiles by reviewing their skills, work experience, salary demands, and job fit.
• Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or online methods.
• Compile and forward shortlisted resumes to clients for consideration.
• Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to guide them throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Keep detailed records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Engage in salary negotiations and discussions when needed.
• Ensure selected candidates complete the onboarding process successfully.
• Consistently meet set hiring targets daily and monthly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum two years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with conducting frequent recruitment calls.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets and various job portals.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Positive mindset with effective follow-up capabilities.
