About the Role

This role as HR & Payroll Coordinator at XFS Global is a full-time, on-site position within the Accounting department. The coordinator is responsible for supporting XFactor staff by managing HR daily operations, ensuring precise data administration within the Paycom HRIS system, conducting staff orientations, and overseeing onboarding procedures. This position also contributes toward employee engagement and organizational safety program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service via walk-ins, telephonic, and email communication.
  • Ensure departmental filing systems are organized, accurate, and thorough.
