Founded in 2004, it delivers recruitment support for organizations across sectors including Banking, BFSI, NBFC, IT, Telecom, FMCG, and Engineering. The firm provides complete talent acquisition solutions for clients across India. The office is located at Civil Lines, Jaipur.
Role Overview
This position is for an HR Executive and Recruiter who will handle end-to-end hiring for corporate roles. The role is focused on meeting recruitment targets, improving hiring quality, and supporting employer branding and sourcing initiatives. It is an individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing approaches that support hiring priorities such as quality of hire, employer branding, and candidate sourcing.
- Convert workforce plans into detailed job requirements and a practical recruitment plan to ensure hiring is completed on time.
- Manage recruitment for corporate roles across entry-level and leadership openings.
- Work independently as an individual contributor while supporting the overall hiring function.
- Develop strong working relationships with managers, candidates, and external hiring sources.
- Maintain an effective mix of internal and external sources to keep recruitment costs under control.
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic screening interviews.
- Handle compensation discussions and coordinate joining conversations.
- Manage onboarding formalities and document collection.
- Close positions within the expected turnaround time while maintaining a healthy offer-to-joining ratio.
