Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions and administration operations within the organization. The role entails developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all HR activities and operations to align with company objectives.
- Lead the recruitment processes to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with leadership teams to oversee employee performance management.
