Housekeeping Coordinator (Saudi Nationals Only)

Job Overview

This is a full-time, onsite position located at 3243 Al Salam Street, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the Housekeeping & Laundry category. The role is a non-management position at Delta Hotels and Resorts®, focused on supporting hotel operations by managing housekeeping requests and maintaining cleanliness and order in public and guest areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public spaces and guest rooms.
• Place caution signs as needed to maintain safety.
• Coordinate directly with other departments for urgent repair work.
• Fulfill guest requests including delivery and setup of furniture in guest rooms.
• Clear hallways by removing debris, room service items, newspapers, soiled linens, and trash near housekeeping carts to maintain tidy public areas.
• Clean, maintain, and properly store housekeeping equipment.
• Follow all company and safety protocols, report hazards or incidents, complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional and clean appearance in uniform, protect confidentiality of hotel information.
• Welcome guests warmly in line with company standards, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests alike.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet common objectives and uphold quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks including moving and lifting objects up to 55 pounds unaided and heavier objects with help; maneuver housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces; reach, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders as necessary.
• Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects and ensure safe handling and operation.
• Stand, sit, walk, kneel, or maintain physical activity throughout entire shifts as required.
• Carry out additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.
