Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive housekeeping services to maintain the facility, grounds, furnishings, and equipment
• Adhere to established housekeeping protocols and quality standards
• Follow and maintain assigned cleaning schedules
• Coordinate routine and terminal isolation cleaning procedures with Nursing Services
• Comply with safety regulations and established precautions
• Promptly report any unsafe or hazardous conditions or defective equipment to supervisors
• Respect residents’ personal rights and property
• Timely report any complaints or grievances to supervisors

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of safe and effective housekeeping practices applicable within Indiana
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments as a team player
• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory
