What you will do

• Greet arriving guests warmly and professionally.
• Guide guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
• Track reservations and manage the waiting list.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to guest questions.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and well-organized reception area.
• Work with the restaurant team to deliver strong customer service.

What we are looking for

• Fluency in Arabic; English ability is an added advantage.
• Solid communication and guest-handling skills.
• A pleasant, courteous, and well-presented appearance.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
