About the Role

This opportunity is for a Home Delivery Driver position based in Swaffham, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering groceries and other items directly to customers, representing the company as a frontline ambassador. The role involves staying active, working independently, and maintaining excellent customer relations while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for loading the delivery van, including handling heavy items appropriately.
• Drive safely at all times, complying with road safety regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure the van is in good working condition.
• Deliver food items ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Manage your own schedule effectively and work independently.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may range between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for at least three years and have no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Be reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Have strong awareness and commitment to road safety.
