Home Delivery Driver (Inside M25)

Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods, based in Wallington, England. This position offers an hourly wage of £15.09 and includes several employee benefits. Drivers will be responsible for delivering groceries, engaging directly with customers, and representing the company positively on the road.

Key Duties

• Loading delivery vans safely, including heavy lifting and manual handling following established protocols.
• Adhering consistently to safe driving standards.
• Conducting pre-route vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Delivering food items in excellent condition to customers.
• Providing outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assisting with store duties when needed.
• Working independently while managing time efficiently.
• Demonstrating flexibility to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• A strong understanding and commitment to road safety.
