Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for van loading, including careful manual handling and lifting.
• Maintain adherence to all safe driving practices and conduct regular van checks.
• Ensure the delivered food items reach customers in prime condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service while acting as the face of Iceland during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when needed.
• Work independently to manage time effectively with flexibility for shifts that vary from early morning to late evening.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid full driving license for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of road safety awareness.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage set at 3.71.
